Recently, the Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development held the launching ceremony of the Safety Production Month. At the ceremony, the selected 10 dust control demonstration units were commended. The group once again won the honor of "Dust Control Demonstration Unit". This is also the third time the group has won the honor.

For a long time, the group has persisted in establishing the idea of ecological civilization, strengthened dust control and environmental protection in the process of construction and production, and conscientiously implemented the main responsibility of dust control around the requirements of documents such as Beijing Air pollution Prevention and Control regulations and Beijing 2022 Action Plan for further fighting pollution Prevention and Control. Strictly abide by the work requirements of "six 100 percent", "three guarantees in front of the door" and "three no entry and two no out" of muck transport vehicles, the installation rate of video surveillance system for all projects in Beijing has reached 100 percent, and the scientific, standardized and refined work of dust control has been promoted, and the green environmental protection construction on the construction site has been effectively improved as a whole.

The Group actively carried out the "green card" site creation and evaluation work to promote the fine management of dust control. In the first half of the year, the group's first two projects, Xiyue Libo and Zhangjiawan Town Rental Housing in Tongzhou, won the title of "Green Card" construction site for dust control in Beijing.

At present, there are more than 120 projects under construction in Fangshan District. In May, five construction sites passed the "Green Card" construction site selection of Fangshan District Housing and Construction Committee, and the first Xiyue Libo project was among them. The project is located in the 04 block of Changyang Town, Fangshan District. It is a public rental housing and a house with common property rights in Fangshan District. After completion, it will become a key livelihood security project in the region, with a total construction area of 136500 square meters.

In order to actively implement the main responsibility of dust control, the project is implemented in accordance with the "eight hundred percent" standard, and various software and hardware facilities and equipment such as sprinkler system, flushing tank, video monitoring, noise and dust monitor are fully enabled. In addition, a set of rainwater recycling system has been established to collect rainwater through precipitation and filtration for vehicle cleaning, construction spraying and greening maintenance.

At the same time, the construction site also pays special attention to details, and smoke purification devices are installed in the workers' rest room to create a smokeless construction site. Do a good job in garbage classification, in the garbage pool responsible for sprinkling water, to ensure that there is no dust when dumping garbage.

Tongzhou Zhangjiawan Town Rental Housing Project Department stood out from more than 200 construction sites in the selection of "green card" construction sites and was awarded one of the four "green card" construction sites. The project is located in the deputy urban administrative center of Beijing, with a total construction area of 105100 square meters. It is a key livelihood project in Tongzhou District and has been listed as a pilot project for the construction of collective land rental housing in Beijing.

Through preliminary construction planning and deployment, the project management team strictly implements the requirements of safe production environmental protection and dust control measures, monitors the dust data on the site in real time, sprinkles water on the construction site all day long every day, completes full coverage of the bare ground, and fully implements the three guarantees in front of the door Responsibility system and the responsibility area for cleaning and sprinkling of the main road in front of the door.

Movable woodworking cutting shed and welding smoke collection device are adopted to solve the environmental protection dust problem caused by woodworking cutting and electric welding operations. The scaffolding outside the site is fully enclosed with steel plate net, and all stacking sites on site are fully hardened. At present, 97% of the main structure of the project has been capped. The project team will make every effort to ensure the safe construction and production of the project and ensure the high-quality performance of the project.
