The total construction area of the project is 260000 square meters, including 3 towers and 7 floors of podium. Among them, 1# building 85 floors, building height is 345 meters, 2# building 50 floors, building height is 220 meters, 3# building 30 floors, building height is 150 meters.

After the completion of the project, the high-end apartment building 1# will become one of the tallest apartment buildings in Kuala Lumpur.
