Recently, the flag-awarding ceremony of the 2023 Youth Commando of Beijing Urban Construction North Group and the launching ceremony of the youth labor competition were held in Changping Siegezhuang Project. The 2022 youth labor competition was summarized and commended, and the 2023 youth labor competition was officially launched.

Group Party Secretary and Vice Chairman Zhang Quan, Group President Zhang Wanli, Group Vice President and Project Management Center Director Lei Zhenyuan, Group Party Committee Deputy Secretary and Trade Union Chairman Zhang Ying attended the ceremony.

Lei Zhenyuan, vice president of the group and director of the project management center, read out the "2023 Youth Labor Competition Program of the Group" with the theme of "Innovation, Strong Efficiency, Entrepreneurship and New Merit" at the ceremony, and announced the list of participating youth commandos.

2023 is a key year for the group's transformation and development. In order to continuously explore the new direction of the group's transformation and development, strengthen the communication and coordination among various business sectors, the 2023 youth competition innovatively expands the scope of participation, and the group's direct projects, secondary institutions and professional sectors sign up independently. Each commando team independently selected topics according to the proposal direction of "transformation and new development" or "collaborative efficiency" and its production and operation business, work process and development plan, independently determine the design plan, overcome difficulties, develop and innovate, and make contributions to the transformation and development of enterprises.

Zhang Wanli, the rotating president of the group, delivered a speech. After the ceremony, the Youth League Committee organized the group leaders to hold a forum with the leaders of the youth commandos. The commandos who won the 2022 winning team shared their relevant experience in participating in the "Housing Engineering Leakage Control" theme competition and reported the results achieved. In 2023, the commando leaders exchanged their team's innovative topics, demonstrating their confidence and determination in collaborative innovation.

At the symposium, the group leaders affirmed the achievements of the youth commandos in previous years and put forward new requirements for the 2023 youth labor competition.
