"To the cloud", another super high-level project of the group was officially launched!

Recently, Beijing Urban Construction North Group Chongqing Jiangbei mouth B01 plot project was officially launched. After completion, the building with a height of nearly 200 meters will "rise to the clouds" and shine on the mountain city. The project will become another masterpiece in the field of super high-rise buildings of Beijing Urban Construction North Group after five super high-rise projects in Malaysia and two in China.

Chongqing Jiangbeizui B01 plot project is located in the core area of the city, facing the Yangtze River in the north and east, facing the Chaotianmen Bridge and the marble stone across the river, with an excellent geographical location. The total construction area of the project is about 216700 square meters, including 4 high-rise civil public buildings and podium buildings; 1 super high-rise hotel (44 floors/199.95 meters), 1 super high-rise office building (29 floors/137.65 meters), 2 high-rise office buildings (19 floors/93.55 meters) are another landmark building constructed by Beijing Urban Construction North Group in the southwest plate.

As another gateway building complex to display the image of an international metropolis in Chongqing, the project will serve as a cultural landmark of the two rivers and four banks after completion, and it will also be an important intersection of the city's core commercial tourism. The project introduces the country's first double five-star hotel with the same tower, with W hotel on the top and Wan Yi hotel on the bottom, forming a super high-rise internal double-brand international hotel layout, linking the entire super five-star hotel in Jiangbeizui, and forming a high quality hotel cluster. The roof of the hotel is also built with a very distinctive "diamond-shaped roof with empty viewing platform", which is very distinctive in Chongqing and even the whole country.
