Group "100 Days of Quality Improvement" Campaign Launched

In order to improve the quality level of the whole industry chain of the group, the group takes the national "quality month" as an opportunity to carry out a three-month "quality improvement hundred days" activity. A few days ago, the group organized a launching ceremony. Lei Zhenyuan, vice president of the group, Wang Zhenxing, chief engineer, and other leaders attended the meeting. More than 40 people, including technical leaders of secondary institutions, project managers in Beijing, and project chief engineers, attended the meeting on the spot. More than 60 people from other cities participated in the project by video.

At the ceremony, the leaders of the group put forward work requirements for the "100 days of quality improvement", carried out in-depth "self-examination and self-correction", deeply analyzed the existing problems, and formulated rectification measures. Carry out the "Reading and Speaking Program" activities to popularize professional knowledge. Adhere to the "model guide", draw a node practice map and bind it into a book. At least once a month, the project manager shall conduct all-round and no-dead-corner inspection of the project as a "quality inspector" to form a written summary. Create a good atmosphere for all staff to pay attention to quality, do a good job in the periodic summary of activities, and make successful practices empirical and case-based.
