After 214 days and nights of lean construction, the Life Valley (International) Bioengineering Innovation Center and the West District of Shigezhuang Street Collective Economic Industrial Housing Project, built by Beijing Urban Construction North Group, were fully capped on the morning of November 10, and a grand capping ceremony was held on the spot.

The collective economic industrial housing project in Sigezhuang Street, Changping District is the first high-end industrial park project developed and constructed in the mode of "double overall planning and double investment" in Beijing. After completion, it will be used as the Life Valley (International) Bioengineering Innovation Center. Relying on the national strategic scientific and technological strength, the center will focus on providing high-quality space for the landing of cutting-edge industries such as cell and gene therapy, next-generation antibodies, and AI research and development, promote the integration of the biomedical industry and the city, and help Changping District to make a major contribution to high-quality leapfrog development. With the full capping of the project structure, the project has entered the secondary structure construction phase, and the project is scheduled to be completed and delivered in August 2025.
