This is the eighth Luban Award won by the group after the Beijing Olympic Park (Area B) Olympic Village, Zhongguancun Capital Building, Beijing New Airport Project (terminal and transfer center, parking building), permanent office space of the headquarters of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, National Speed Skating Hall, National Alpine Skiing Center, and National Ice and Snow Sports training and Research Base (West District of Erqi Locomotive Factory).

The A5 project of the administrative office area of the Beijing City Deputy Center is located on Zhaoshan Street, Tongzhou District, Beijing. It is a key project in Beijing. It is the closing project of the first phase of the city's deputy center government office building, and it is also a model project for the second phase. After the completion of the project, it will become the main office space for the leaders of the municipal party committee, which will receive high attention from the city leaders and the media and have a great social impact.
