The project is located in the core area of the "Golden Triangle" in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, close to the Bukit Batten Baweian Shopping Center, about 1km away from the Twin Towers, with a superior geographical location and huge commercial value. With a total construction area of 210000 square meters, it is composed of two towers, one is a 26-story office building with a building height of 126 meters; the other is a 67-story high-end residential building with a building height of 270.35 meters. The project content includes structural engineering, mechanical and electrical installation, decoration, landscape greening, municipal roads, etc.

After the completion of the project, it will become another super high-rise luxury residential building in the core area of Kuala Lumpur, adding a landmark building and a new business card for Kuala Lumpur.
