The two projects were developed by WCT GREEN SDN BHD in Malaysia. The overseas project management team of Beijing Urban Construction North Group undertook the construction tasks, with a total construction area of about 45000 square meters and a total contract amount of 90.05 million ringgit. It is reported that after the completion of the sales office, the builder will plan a million square meters of residential buildings, and the next step of cooperation is under discussion.
