In July 2007, after graduating from Liang Fei University, he joined Beijing Urban Construction North Group. Starting from a grassroots project technician, he was gradually promoted to project technical director, project chief engineer, and project manager. Since taking part in the work, he has always adhered to the front line of the project, and has served as the project leader of the company's urgent, difficult and dangerous projects for many times. He has successively won many honors, such as the excellent project manager of national outstanding contribution, the excellent project manager of Beijing construction enterprises, and the excellent construction engineer of Beijing.

Especially in the construction process of the second camp of the builder's home in xiong'an new area in 2020, Liang Fei grasped the epidemic prevention and control on the one hand and the construction production on the other. He created the "xiong'an speed" with practical actions and interpreted the "craftsman spirit". The project covers an area of about 55000 square meters and mainly provides accommodation and living supporting services for nearly 7000 builders participating in the construction of Xiongan Business Service Center. In order to allow the builders to move in in time and ensure the personal safety of the construction personnel, Liang Fei's team adopted "red, yellow and green" zoning management, and set aside an isolated building as a "red area". The "red, yellow and green areas" of the construction area and the dormitory area enter and exit independently, and the personnel moving lines do not cross each other, creating a safe construction and living environment for the builders.

According to the normal construction schedule and plan, it will take at least 2 days to complete the hoisting of the 1# supporting building of the camp. Under the scientific organization and intensive arrangement of Liang Fei's team, it was successfully completed in only 6 hours, 1 minute and 45 seconds. From the material exit, transportation along the way, entrance placement and on-site hoisting, each link is accurate and smooth, creating an amazing "Xiong 'an speed" and accumulating valuable experience for the group in the construction of large-scale container hoisting.

The Zhang Wanli University Project Department undertook the project construction task of the Erqi Factory National Ice and Snow Sports Training and Research Base, and made every effort to provide escort for the training of national athletes after the base was put into use. The 82 old steel columns of the old factory building have become part of the support structure of the new venue by turning waste into treasure, saving about 400 tons of steel. The project team applied for 4 national patents, published 1 core journal paper, obtained 2 enterprise-level construction methods, 1 international advanced scientific and technological achievement appraisal, and 1 domestic leading scientific and technological achievement appraisal.
