Consolidate the Foundation-Northern Group to Carry out Project Chief Professional Ability Assessment

Recently, Beijing Urban Construction North Group carried out the professional ability assessment of the project chief engineer, aiming to comprehensively improve the professional skills and comprehensive quality of the project chief engineer, and lay a solid foundation for the high-quality development of the enterprise.

This assessment includes two parts: professional skills examination and experience exchange. Beijing, Chongqing and Hefei are linked together. A total of 74 project chief workers participated in the assessment.

In order to ensure the fairness, impartiality and openness of the examination, all examination papers are strictly sealed and collected and sorted out by the staff after the examination.

The examination covers a wide range of contents, including core contents such as standard knowledge meeting, formwork calculation, steel bar sample turning, and management of dangerous and large projects, to comprehensively test the professional ability of the chief engineer of the project.

In the subsequent experience exchange meeting, the participants conducted in-depth exchanges on how to further solidify basic business management, implement standardized business actions, strengthen their own capacity building, and enrich project management methods.

Wang Zhenxing, chief engineer of the group, summarized the assessment and said that the project chief engineers should base themselves on their posts, deeply study the technical quality management system and professional knowledge, and consolidate the foundation of project management. Do a good job in "passing on and helping" to improve the overall quality of project staff; I hope that through this assessment, we can stimulate the enthusiasm of all staff for learning, live up to our youth and trust, and contribute wisdom and strength to the second start of the enterprise.
