Group won the "Green Building Academy Award"

Recently, the Cade Zhonglong Yun Big Data Center, the Malonda Standardized Factory Building Project, carefully built by Beijing Urban Construction North Group, won the LEED Green Building Gold Certification in the United States, marking that the Group has reached the international leading level in the field of green building.

CapitaLand Zhonglongyun Big Data Center, located in Zhuozhou City, Hebei Province, with a total construction area of 57817 square meters, is CapitaLand's first big data center in China and will provide more than 100 megawatts (MW) of power to meet the growing demand for data centers around Beijing.

The project puts the concept of "green ecology" throughout the development and construction, and has formulated a set of index system involving five sectors: safety and durability, health and comfort, resource conservation, environmental livability, and convenient service. At the same time, it takes into account the American LEED standard and touches more than 100 indicators. Content, committed to creating a "demonstration zone" for green development ".

Site and transportation; The project is located on the west side of the planned industrial road of Songlindian Economic Development Zone in Zhuozhou City, on the north side of Xinsong High Road, adjacent to the Capital Ring Expressway and Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway, with excellent accessibility. The north side of the project is close to the GLP Logistics Park, and the northeast side is Lou Sang Park, with bus stops planned around. The plant is equipped with special parking spaces for charging, low carbon and carpooling.

Sustainable development of the site; the project through life cycle assessment and optimization, fully reduce the impact of construction on the environment. In the design and construction stage, select products that have passed international environmental protection certification such as EPD and HPD; formulate construction waste management plan, recycle construction waste and reduce construction waste discharge; use reflective paint on the roof to meet the requirements of sunlight reflection. The compound greening mode of combining arbor, shrub and grass is adopted in the site, which not only increases the sense of hierarchy and beauty, but also provides natural shade for some areas of the site, reduces the heat island effect and improves the thermal comfort.

Water saving; Before the start of the project, various energy-saving and waste recovery plans were formulated, and the water quality was tested, which met the requirements of LEED Gold Award.

Energy and atmosphere; During the implementation of the project, the energy performance was continuously debugged and optimized. In order to strengthen refrigerant management, York YK series centrifugal chillers were adopted to debug and verify the refrigeration system, cooling tower, fresh air, exhaust air conditioning system, lighting power-on trial operation, multi-connection performance, water supply system, etc., which met the requirements of LEED gold award.

Materials and resources; for the waste generated during the construction process, the project department shall formulate a target plan to reduce the amount of demolition and construction waste landfill by at least 75%. For unavoidable waste, the project will reuse or recycle it through local and regional companies, organizations and institutions.

Indoor environmental quality; the construction site shall be carried out in strict accordance with the management plan for improving indoor air quality, and carbon dioxide shall be detected by carbon dioxide transmitter; the ceiling, floor and insulation materials shall be made of low emission materials, and energy-saving doors and windows shall be selected for sealing.

Beijing Urban Construction North Group has always adhered to the responsibility of state-owned enterprises and resonated with the national strategy. It will adhere to green energy conservation, low-carbon environmental protection, and make positive contributions to the realization of the "double carbon" goal.
