Recently, the Beijing Municipal Commission of housing and urban rural development organized a special appraisal of two scientific and technological achievements of the group - "research and application of seamless construction technology of concrete in bearing layer of speed skating ice slab on Avenue" and "research and application of optimal design of long-span steel grid based on grid encryption technology". Relevant leaders of the science and Technology Department of Beijing Municipal Commission of housing and urban rural development and urban construction group, and Wang Zhenxing, deputy general manager and chief engineer of the group, attended the meeting.

The experts of the appraisal committee listened to the on-site report and agreed to pass the appraisal after questioning and discussion. It is evaluated that the achievements of "research and application of seamless construction technology of concrete in bearing layer of fast skating ice slab on Avenue" have reached the international advanced level, and the achievements of "research and application of optimal design of long-span steel grid based on grid encryption technology" have reached the domestic leading level.

The two scientific and technological achievements are based on the project of Hebei Chengde Saihanba National Ice project training center. Among them, the subject of "research and application of seamless construction technology of concrete for bearing layer of fast skating ice slab on Avenue" is aimed at 12600 ㎡ (70m) × 180m) the problem of integral pouring construction of seamless and frost thaw resistant concrete. Through the research on structural structure, raw materials and mix proportion, as well as the optimization and fine management of construction technology, the crack resistance and frost thaw resistance of concrete in ice plate pressure bearing layer are improved, and the design and Application requirements are met. According to the original design scheme of "bolt ball + welding ball" hybrid node space truss, the subject of "research and application of optimization design of long-span steel space truss based on grid encryption technology" innovatively puts forward the optimization design and supporting construction method of "bottom chord grid encryption and top chord special compression bolt sleeve", which realizes the assembly construction of all members and nodes of space truss structure without welding.
